Refund Policy

Return Condition

We only accept returns of products that are in new condition.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging.

Return Window

You must initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Method

All returns must be made by mail.
We do not accept in-person returns.

Return Label

If the return is due to product defects or damage during shipping (our responsibility), we will provide a prepaid return label. You will be able to download and print this label to send the item back.

If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, dislike, wrong size), you will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. No return label will be provided in this case.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new condition, unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@kaanify.com to request return authorization and receive return instructions.
  2. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 Business Days.

Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to product defects or damage during shipping.
  • The customer will cover the return shipping cost if the return is for personal reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or dissatisfaction.

Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns made for personal reasons.
This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund (subject to our return policy) and place a new order.
