At Kaanify, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent delivery experience. Please read the details below carefully to understand our lead times, shipping costs, and procedures.

Changes to Estimated Delivery Dates

We or our delivery partners will notify you if there are reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date caused by events outside of our or the carrier’s control.
Delivery takes place when we deliver the product to the address you provided.
If we cannot deliver your order within 90 days, we will:

  • Notify you of the delay
  • Cancel the order
  • Issue you a full refund

Urgent Orders

While we do our best to meet deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Once the package is handed to the courier, delivery timing is outside our control.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order well in advance of your desired date.
We cannot issue refunds for orders still in transit; the order must be returned to us before we can process a refund.

Incorrect Address or Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an address change is needed after shipment, postal carriers may charge address change fees or additional redelivery fees.
If we assist with contacting the carrier on your behalf, you will receive an invoice to cover these additional costs. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot absorb costs related to customer-provided address errors.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If no signature is required, the carrier will decide if it is safe to leave the package. If a signature is required, the carrier will attempt to get one or leave a notice with further instructions.
Re-delivery services may incur additional charges, depending on the package size and lamp type.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but is missing, it is often nearby or still on a delivery truck and may arrive the next day.
You are responsible for contacting the carrier (such as Postal Parcel or EMS) to request a trace if a package cannot be located. To qualify for a replacement or refund, a trace must be requested within 7 days of the marked delivery.

Failure to Receive Delivery

  • If the carrier cannot deliver the package (due to no signature, wrong address, etc.), they will hold the package for a short time before returning it to us. Carriers will charge us an additional fee for return shipping.
  • If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
  • If you want the package reshipped, we will invoice you for the original return cost plus the reshipping cost.
  • If you prefer to cancel the order, we will refund the amount paid minus a 30 percent restocking fee to cover shipping and packaging costs.
  • We require a response from you within 30 days of receiving the returned package to either reship or process the refund.

Where Do We Ship?

  • We currently ship within the United States with free shipping on all orders.
  • We ship using UPS, with door-to-door delivery.
  • Transit time: 10 to 20 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • No import duties are required for US domestic orders.

Import Tax and VAT

In most cases, parcels pass through customs without additional VAT. However, larger or high-value orders may require additional documentation or payment.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Handling Time

Average handling time is 1 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
Customized or special-order items may require an additional 3 to 4 business days for preparation.
